With approximately 350 residents, our rural city struggles to find funding for emergency projects. We are seeking funding for repair and replacement of deteriorating parts at the Chlorine Mixing Station, located in the Lagoon Vault at 331 East Record Street, Halfway, Oregon. Failure of the Chlorine mixing station will result in loss of DEQ compliance and impact sewer services to the entire City of Halfway.
