Our headquarters are older and our current heating system is wood heat. Adequate heating and cooling are not something we currently have. This project completes the third phase of our resiliency plan by providing uninterrupted electrical service at our headquarters, ensuring continuous emergency communications and agency operations during power outages and disasters.
