Seeking funding in staffing costs to support club services which have been opened for free full-day services 7:30am-2:30pm during the school days for up to 150 Silver Rail Elementary Students each day that they are no longer in school until they will re-open. This service has already been for the past 6 school days and we have been told the need will extend for at least another 9 school days. The School District reached out to us to see if we could offer this service to the family members of the teachers on a "1-day" training for the district in preparation for them re-opening. We offered these services to up to 150 Silver Rail Elementary Students for free for the days that they are planning to be closed. We worked with the Parks and Recreation Department to get a few staff members from their Kids Inc Program to help us with the influx of new members. We also worked with CISM to bring in free counseling for the Silver Rail members as well as our staff.
